Form & Finish
Autonomous forming, stamping and cabinet fabrication with enamel and paint control.
- Adaptive press parameters
- Seam and weld quality scoring
- Coverage, film build and cure
Each Duromex module is a complete product on its own — with its own models, connectors, console and success metric. Bought together, they become the autonomous factory. Bought one at a time, they still pay for themselves.
Forming, welding, enamel, foam, wiring, test, rating and pack. Watch the cabinet assemble and you are watching the module map.
Every module deploys to the factory edge, integrates with the equipment already on that stage, and reports against a metric the plant already tracks.
Autonomous forming, stamping and cabinet fabrication with enamel and paint control.
Surface, weld, dent and enamel/paint defect sensing plus assembly-completeness verification.
Polyurethane foaming and insulation control for density, distribution and void-freeness.
Component, wiring and electronics assembly control with full verification.
Refrigerant and water leak detection with functional, performance and energy test intelligence.
Robotic assembly, material handling and packing with safety-zone supervision.
Factory-wide first-pass yield, scrap, rework, energy and line-balance optimisation.
Omniverse-based simulation of forming, foaming, assembly and functional performance before the build.
Pre-trained appliance models for that stage, fine-tuned on your product family during shadow mode.
Read and write integration with the equipment on that stage and with your appliance MES.
Where a process or test engineer approves, corrects and teaches — the surface that builds the moat.
The audit trail, citations and evidence a quality auditor will accept.
The on-site execution environment with fleet management, canary rollout and rollback.
The value is not additive — it compounds. A defect the Surface Vision module sees becomes a forming parameter the Form & Finish module changes.
The Line plan. One workflow, one line, one metric. This is where almost every customer starts and where ROI is proven.
The Factory plan. Seven agents plus the twin across the site, with yield, scrap, rework and energy optimised as one problem.
Enterprise. Multi-site rollout, custom product and quality models, a managed edge GPU fleet and contractual SLAs.
Dedicated product, line and quality models, on-prem deployment, premium support and custom integrations.
First-pass-yield, defect, leak, warranty and energy benchmarks drawn from the cross-factory network, sold as premium tiers.
Pick by the metric your plant is already judged on.
| If your worst number is… | Start with | Typical ROI metric |
|---|---|---|
| End-of-line functional-test failures | Leak & Test | Functional-test failure rate, retest hours |
| Warranty returns and field failures | Assembly & Wiring + Leak & Test | Warranty rate per thousand units |
| Product downgrades and cosmetic rework | Surface Vision + Form & Finish | First-quality rate, rework hours |
| Energy-rating conformance | Foam Control | Rating conformance, foam rework |
| Throughput and line balance | Yield Optimiser | Units per shift, takt adherence |
| Changeover losses on high mix | Line & Product Twin | Changeover minutes, ramp-up scrap |
One deployment pattern means the second module is dramatically cheaper than the first. The edge runtime, identity, audit log, review console and fleet management are already there.
That is also the expansion engine: the marginal cost of adding a module falls while the value of the compounding dataset rises.
We would rather be narrow and true than broad and vague.

“Our end-of-line functional testers told us what failed. They never told us which press stroke or foam shot caused it. That link is the whole product.”
“Foam voids are invisible until the energy rating comes back wrong. Predicting density distribution before the cabinet cures is the part I could not buy anywhere else.”
“If it writes to the press, it needs an audit trail a quality auditor accepts. Duromex started there instead of bolting it on.”
Drawn from the company roadmap. Dates are targets, not commitments.
Connectors, agent loop, review console and the assurance-grade audit log, proven in shadow then advisory mode.
Graduated autonomy for low-risk lines and test, plus product-twin hit-quality-before-build.
Form → foam → assemble → wire → leak and functional test, owned end to end across multiple sites.
APIs, adjacent scopes from refrigeration through to HVAC and commercial refrigeration, and network data products.
Yes, and many customers should. The Line plan is a complete product for one workflow on one line. Expansion is earned by results, not by contract.
Yes. The twin makes change safer and changeovers cheaper, but every line module runs and pays for itself without it.
Then keep them and start elsewhere, or let us ingest their output as one more signal. Our value is closing the loop back into control, which a camera vendor does not do.
Duromex is additive by design. Nothing gets ripped out to find out whether this works.
Duromex is pre-launch. Figures shown are design-partner targets and modelled economics, not audited results. Ask us for the methodology.
